Documents you'll need

A base checklist for admission and legalization. The exact list depends on the university and program — your curator builds it for you.

For admission

  • School certificate or degree with a transcript
  • Nostrification or recognition of the education document
  • Sworn translation of documents into Polish
  • Language certificate (B1–B2 Polish or IELTS/TOEFL)
  • Passport and a photo for the application
  • University application form and an IRK/ERK account

For visa & legalization

  • Enrollment certificate (Zaświadczenie) from the university
  • Health insurance for the study period
  • Proof of funds for living costs
  • Rental contract or proof of accommodation
  • Booking and application for the national D visa
  • After arrival: PESEL, meldunek, residence card

Foreign-language documents require a sworn translation into Polish — we arrange it.
