- Nostrification or recognition of the education document
- Sworn translation of documents into Polish
- Language certificate (B1–B2 Polish or IELTS/TOEFL)
- Passport and a photo for the application
- University application form and an IRK/ERK account
For visa & legalization
- Enrollment certificate (Zaświadczenie) from the university
- Health insurance for the study period
- Proof of funds for living costs
- Rental contract or proof of accommodation
- Booking and application for the national D visa
- After arrival: PESEL, meldunek, residence card
